About Me

Dr. Jennifer A. Kabak is a Board-certified Family Medicine physician who sees patients in Prima CARE’s Somerset-Swansea Medical and Ambulatory Care Centers.

Dr. Kabak earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM). She received her residency training in Family Medicine at Kent Hospital in Warwick, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kabak has practiced Family Medicine in Brooklyn and New York City, most recently on the staff of New York University’s Student Health Service.

Dr. Kabak is a member of the American Osteopathic Asociation, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Rhode Island Society of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Kabak provides comprehensive primary care to patients ranging in age from 16 years to the elderly, with a particular interest in preventive medicine and women's heath. As an affiliate of the Steward Network, her patients are admitted to Saint Anne’s Hospital in Fall River.
