<p>Have done a large number of Endovascular and Endovenous procedures including Endovascular Repair of Aortic Aneurysm, Peripheral Angioplasty, Atherectomy, Angioplasty, Stent placement. Have done a large number of Venous ablation for varicosevein by both thermal and non thermal method, Varithena, phlebectomy.</p>
<p>Extensive experience in Ileo Caval disease management by Angioplasty, stent placement, Intravascular Ultrasound, selective embolization, Insertion and removal of Vena caval filter.</p>
<p>Over last 25 years, I have been involved in access creation and management for hemodialysis by both both native and non native conduit, Permanent and temporary catheter placement, Declotting of AV access by chemical as well as mechanical approach, venous angioplasty, stent placement, serial balloon assisted fistula maturation.</p>
<p>I take keen interest in deep venous thrombotic disaease and selective thrombolysis by chemical and mechanical method.</p>
