PT staff were great. They are the reason I go there. The new receptionist-less system provides awful customer service. Just terrible. The lengthy survey I was asked to fill out wasn't even reviewed. (Probably just like this survey.) I didn't bring my reading glasses so a lot of it I couldn't complete. All of that was previously handled by the receptionist. I understand the accountants will say not having the extra staff member is more efficient. Technically that may be true, but at the expense of the patient experience. Those people also provided assistance to the PT staff. Bad customer service move to go to the new system.
