About Me

Sabrina Kamberis is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University in 2022 with a Master&rsquo;s in Social Work with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. She was excited to join CAP in July 2022. She is currently a Behavioral Health Therapist for the eastern region, working under supervision for her clinical licensure.</p>

<p>She has worked with youth of all ages, adolescents with eating disorders, young adults with autism spectrum disorder, and youth with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She practices evidence-based treatment and incorporates strength-based approaches primarily using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Sabrina currently works with a wide range of common presenting problems, including depression, body image, low self-esteem, disordered eating, perfectionism, identity issues, high sensitivity, substance use, self-harming behaviors, and adjustments and stress related to life transitions and relational problems.</p>

<p>Sabrina lives in Fairfax with her two sons &ndash; Ryan and Max. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.<br />
