About Me
<h2>Allen Tafel, MD</h2>
<p>Dr. Allen Tafel grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his Biomedical Engineering degree from Tulane University, and graduated from the University of Louisville Medical School. He completed his residency training at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Tafel specializes in electrodiagnostic studies as well as non-surgical treatment of spinal disorders and pain management. He is an integral part of our Spine Center of Excellence.<br />
