<h2>Jeremy Schwartz, MD</h2>

<p>Dr. Schwartz grew up in South Florida, attending the University of Miami for college and medical school. Following his residency at Case Western in Cleveland, he returned to Florida in 2002 for a fellowship in complex reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Since joining OSSWF in 2003, Dr. Schwartz has played a pivotal role as Lee County&#39;s first fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon. His expertise spans Total Ankle Replacements and comprehensive reconstruction of the foot and ankle. </p>

<p>Beyond his clinical aspirations, Dr. Schwartz finds joy in traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children. His commitment to excellence and innovation in foot and ankle surgery reflects his dedication to both his profession and personal life.<br />
