Dr. Bernstein spent time explaining to me about my arthritis- going over options for relief. I found he was VERY honest and forthcoming about the way he approaches treatment ( as compared to other OS)
I appreciate that I did not feel rushed. I also appreciated that he sent my RX to the pharmacy before I even walked out the door! ( some doctors forget or as their PA to do it and then you wait and wait)
