With my work schedule appointments are tough to make. I made this appointment for the latest time possible but due to things out of my control I ran a little late. I was met with smiles (under the masks) and nothing but kindness. I had a few questions with the paper work and was kindly assisted. I always feel extremely comfortable going into the office. Dr. Bassaly is second to none. It’s always great to chat before getting into anything medical, it shows how much she genuinely cares about each of her patients and we aren’t just names on a chart. I have never been a fan of going to the doctors, but going to Dr. Bassaly’s office and the staff that provides care makes every visit stress free.
