Used the urgent care on Woodmen. We were greeted immediately, and the woman at the front desk even scheduled an appointment with our pediatrician after the urgent care visit. She was prepared and had looked up appt availability while we were being seen (little things like that make such a huge difference when you’ve got a sick baby). The Medical Assistant, Robert, was so kind and caring. He went above and beyond with our baby. Then, Paul Edwards took the time to thoroughly examine our son, asking great questions to really try and understand what was going on, and ran appropriate testing. He was also incredibly kind and interactive with our baby. We walked out of the office remarking about what a wonderful staff that had been working that evening. We’re so thankful for this group of clinicians and team members who work evenings and provide this service!
