I can not say enough about the excellent treatment I received from Dr. WIlliford and the entire team from Health Quest in Federal Hill. After almost 3 months of chronic shoulder pain, which had gotten so severe it impacted my sleep I decided the best first step with chiropractics. In the initial session, Dr. Williford conducted a thorough interview and assessment. While I wish I could say, one session and the pain was gone it wasn't that easy. But she did outline a treatment plan with the outcome of needing care for approximately one month. Each session she explained how I was progressing and made adjustments to my plan as needed. Within a few sessions I was feeling much better; the pain severity and duration decreased and I was able to sleep through the night (this was huge for me). Have the combination of chiropractic and physical therapy provides another dimension to the treatment that I believe helps to facilitate more rapid healing. Dr. Williford was always smiling, yet professional and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her, and the entire staff at the Health Quest office in Federal Hill. You have nothing to lose exhibit the "pain" in your body.
