About Me
Dr. Rafael J. Diaz-Garcia, MD is a hand surgeon at Allegheny General Hospital, Forbes Hospital, West Penn Hospital and Wexford Health + Wellness Pavilion. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Center. His fellowship was completed at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Dr. Diaz-Garcia was certified in plastic surgery through the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
