Dr Brown is superb. She is professional, attentive,
kind and very knowledgeable. She is great!
On the other hand, there is literally no concern for appointment times or the patients time. The average wait time is 30-49 minutes. And I’ve heard of patients waiting as long as 90 minutes. Then you are taken back and once the Tech is done you wait again. My only complaint has nothing to do with the quality of the eye care rather it’s the lack of mutual respect.
