I recently had a negative experience with a doctor from Prima care and I would first like to acknowledge how quickly and professionally this was addressed, and with compassion.
As I spoke with the person who contacted me in regards to the negative experience, I expressed that I have had positive experiences with Prima care and he encouraged me to utilize this, not only for the negative experience but also the positive.
With that, I would like to acknowledge Veronica Coutu, NP. I am a fairly new patient of Veronica and the first thing that I noticed was how comfortable I felt.  It was clear within the first visit that Veronica cared about her patients and more importantly, she listened.  I appreciate professionals like Veronica, who obviously have the knowledge and education of their field, but still keep in mind that the patient is the expert of their own body.  Please know how appreciated you are simply by being you.
