Dr. Mainali is very easy to talk to. She listens to you about what is going on and she explains to you so you can understand what is happening. She has referred us to other doctors that are needed for our problems. She sent my husband to a cardiologist that picked up a diagnosis that he has had for a while and none of other doctors in Florida didn't find it. He has put his entire faith in Dr. Prajeena Mainali.
