I do have a problem with your central appointment phone process. While on hold I tried to schedule an appointment. The only dates of availability were in Feb. When the person answered the phone, they said he had 2 appointments available today. I understand, people do cancel appointments. But 2 for the same provider, on the same day, is too coincidental. Your online appointments and central phone appointment number don't work well. Like it the way it was before.
