About Me
Dr. Klein-Patel received both her medical degree and her PhD in Immunology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed her residency at Magee-Women’s Hospital. She earned a BS with honors in biology and psychology at Syracuse University.
She served as assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine prior to joining Midlife Women’s Associates and is an accomplished researcher and has been published in numerous medical journals. Her research related to integrative medicine in menopause has been awarded funding from the National Institutes of Health.
Dr. Klein-Patel believes in evidence-based treatment and is academically minded having taught for the University of Pittsburgh’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical expertise includes women’s health and well-being, menopause, endometriosis and sexual dysfunction.
Dr. Klein-Patel is affiliated with Canonsburg Hospital, West Penn Hospital and Saint Vincent Hospital.
