About Me
Bradley A. Palmer, MD, is Co-Director, Division of Hand and Upper Extremity at Allegheny General Hospital. He received his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Health Sciences/ Chicago Medical School and completed his orthopaedic surgical residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Rochester. Dr. Palmer is board-certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery
Dr. Palmer currently serves as Co-Director and is a member of the of the orthopaedic “super user” committee to develop and initiate EPIC EMR in the Allegheny Health Network. He also was a Resident Liaison to the Length of Stay initiative committee at Allegheny General Hospital and creator of the second year orthopaedic resident surgical skills simulation curriculum and lecture series. Dr. Palmer is Chairman of the Residency Review Committee at Allegheny General Hospital.
