About Me

Jeffrey J. Sewecke, DO is the Co-Director of Orthopaedic Trauma at Allegheny General Hospital. He received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his surgical internship at Warren General Hospital and residency in orthopaedic surgery at Ohio University, St. Joseph Medical Center, both in Warren, OH. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic traumatology at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Sewecke is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, Allegheny County Medical Society and Orthopedic Trauma Association. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Sewecke currently serves as Director, Adult Reconstruction, for Allegheny Health Network. He is an Assistant Professor at the Drexel University College of Medicine.
