About Me
James J. Sferra, MD is an attending Orthopaedic Surgeon, in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery for Allegheny Health Network. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and completed his surgical internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He completed a foot and ankle fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Sferra is a member of the American Medical Association, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and Cleveland Orthopaedic Club. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Sferra has received numerous accolades and awards including the Edward J. Carfrung Award of Excellence in Pharmacology and has been recognized by Cleveland Magazine and Northern Ohio Magazine’s “Best Doctors in America.”
